• Full Time Personal Training (In-person)

    Two to Three 60-minute personal training sessions per week (8 - 12 per month) - This program is designed according to what the client is ready, willing, and able to do, while considering lifestyle, current level of health, needs, and goals.

    Manual Stretching after every session (with the client's permission and ability)

    Custom Nutrition Program (With a focus on healthy habits and eliminating toxins in food) designed to educate clients on how to build a healthy nutrition habits and apply them into daily living. Together, we will work on the skills to developing a healthy relationship with food and finally achieve and maintain health and wellness goals. Nutrition programming can vary from beginner-style nutrition to custom macronutrient profiles.

    Body Measurements & Body Fat Caliper Calculations along with photo assessments with before/after comparisons are also included.

    Progress is measured by how the client is feeling, and performing, in addition to graphs and data tracking during in person sessions and within the mobile app features.

    This program is perfect for someone who is serious about looking to improve their health and would like consistent accountability to achieve their health and wellness goals.

  • Part -time Personal Training (In-person & Online)

    Two to Three 60-minute personal training sessions every other week (4 - 6 per month) + a digital exercise program for the weeks that we are not training together in person. This program is designed according to what the client is ready, willing, and able to do and fosters client independence so that in person coaching is not always needed.

  • Wrk Inside Out Online Personal Training & Nutrition

    An online personalized 4 week exercise and nutrition program created according to what a client is ready, willing, and able to do, while considering lifestyle, current level of health, needs, and goals.

    The exercise program and nutrition program are accessed and tracked in the Wrk Inside Out mobile app. Progress is measured by how the client is feeling, and performing, in addition to graphs and data tracking within the mobile app features.

    Nutrition programming can vary from beginner-style nutrition to custom macronutrient profiles.

    Accountability texts and calls are scheduled between the coach and the client to make sure that the program is working and the client is on track for success.

    This program is perfect for the independent gym goer who would like some added structure to their routine OR for someone who is frustrated by a long plateau in their progress.
